So you’ve chosen a nice pair of shoes or a new dress? What comes next? How will we get your order to you? The following information is designed to provide complete answers to any questions you might have concerning the dispatch of Deerberg items.
The delivery of a Deerberg parcel: 
- For deliveries within Europe except Austria and Switzerland, including DHL GoGreen, we charge a set postage fee of €9,90 per delivery
- For deliveries within worldwide except Europe, including DHL GoGreen, we charge a set postage fee of €20,00 per delivery

In case an item is unavailable, we will inform you prior to acceptance of your order. In the case of orders by telephone, we may recommend you a comparable item both in terms of quality and price. For orders in writing, we will inform you about the availability of your order.
